The streets of Chicago are sadly notorious for gang related shootouts, often times injuring or even causing causalities to those directly involved in the shooting, or indirectly involved.
This video shows a mock type shootout that takes place in the middle of the street, but instead of using guns, Roman Candles are used.
Now I am sure that this activity is illegal, but there is no doubt that shooting roman candles is a far better alternative than shooting gun.
