PSA videos are meant to make you uncomfortable and instill a little fear into you. PSA’s are not however, supposed to be dramatic that you can’t watch them and that was probably the case with this bike safety PSA that aired in 1963, titled ‘One Got Fat’.
We get that the video was supposed to show kids how to be safe on their bicycles, but the fact the kids all have super creepy monkey faces and a couple ended up in intensive care…is sort of an issue!
