Here is a great alternative to throwing away your old t-shirts. This video shows great DIY instructions on how to turn those old t-shirts into handy hand bags.
I must admit, this is a pretty nifty idea, although not the most fashionable but still functional and a great way to re-purpose old materials that would otherwise end up in the trash! Maybe if you used a tie dye t-shirt you could up the fashionable look a bit!
