Apparently, the Japanese use this in order to help make their faces slimmer, as well as reportedly working as an anti-aging and anti-wrinkle care regimen. But honestly, if we saw an advertisement for this contraption and it was in all Japanese, ‘mouth exerciser’ is not the first words that come to mind.
