The saying goes, ‘the customer is always right’. I have long said, the customer is always right, unless they are wrong. In the instance below, the customer is a bit over dramatic and nasty as she lays into her local Subway sandwich artist. Her angry rant was caught on tape by one hungry customer waiting in line.
It appears the irate woman was just looking for a particular type of sandwich which was displayed on the Subway menu. The ingredients for the sandwich were not available this fateful day and the woman wasn’t having it. Long lines and a restaurant full of customers were forced to sit, stand and listen to this woman absolutely go off.
Sound like she took the subway to the loony bin!
