The MEDCottage or &#8216;Granny Pod&#8217;, like the one in this video, &#8220;is a mobile, modular medical home designed to be temporarily placed on a caregiver&#8217;s property for rehabilitation and extended care. The Classic, the model seen in this video, clocks in at 288 square feet and runs $53,750, per MEDCottage&#8217;s product listing. The basic model, with an extra ten square feet, is more of a studio setup\u00a0(without a separate bedroom) and costs $39,625.
