A few years ago, two young teens allegedly stabbed one of their peers 19 times with a knife. They committed this horrifying crime to impress \u201cSlender Man,\u201d a faceless internet stranger.<\/p>\n

The twelve-year-olds<\/a> had been planning the attack for months, all to prove that the Slender Man myth was real. The victim survived the attack, and the two young women, who are now fourteen, are facing adult trials for first-degree attempted murder.<\/p>\n
