I don’t know about you, but I have been told I do some weird stuff in my sleep. From talking to singing, getting up and walking around to snoring as loud as a roaring wildebeest!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The brain is in a passive and dormant state but the mind continues to explore \u201cthe realms of subconsciousness without acting upon events occurring in dreams.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the National Sleep Foundation<\/a>,\u00a0there are 3 stages of talking in your sleep:\u00a0in stages 1 and 2, people may have entire conversations while in stages 3 and 4, speech may be restricted to moans and gibberish.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fortunately for us, \u00a0Adam Rosenberg of The Somniloquist<\/a> documented himself sleeping almost every day for a year to catch some of the things he was saying.<\/strong><\/p>\n
