The pair begin speaking with a man in the passenger seat and things escalate quickly. Within minutes, the man in the passenger seat is taken out of the car and a wrestling match between the officers and suspect ensues.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8216;shooting&#8217; officer whips out his stun gun and fires off a <a href=\"https:\/\/awesomejelly.com\/thieves-receive-shock-lifetime-stealing-peoples-cellphones\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">round of electricity<\/a>, which hits his partner in the arm.
