When Thomas Neil Rodriguez found out his 15-year-old dog Poh had multiple health problems and not long to live, he decided to take him on a road trip.<\/p><\/div>\n

When Thomas Neil Rodriguez discovered\u00a0that his 15-year-old yellow lab, Poh, was dying, he embarked on a cross-country road trip to celebrate Poh’s life.<\/p>\n

Rodriguez and his fianc\u00e9, Yuko Ogino, crisscrossed the country visiting 35 cities and traveling 12,000 miles, according to People<\/em>.<\/a><\/p>\n

“I always wanted to bring Poh to the West Coast so he could swim in the Pacific Ocean,” Rodriguez told People<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The couple documented every stop on Poh’s journey through an Instagram account called “Poh the dogs big adventure.”<\/a><\/p>\n

Photos on the account show Poh posing in front of Graceland, visiting D.C.,\u00a0and dipping his paws in the Pacific Ocean.<\/p>\n
