Elton John and friends will be trading in sold out stadiums shows for something a little different — a collaboration of living room concerts.<\/p>\n

Sir Elton will be hosting iHeart Radio’s ‘Living Room Concert for America’ next week. It’s an hour-long FOX TV and online benefit concert to support heroic healthcare workers and first responders on the frontline of the pandemic.<\/p>\n

The living room performers include\u00a0Alicia Keys<\/strong>,\u00a0Billie Eilish<\/strong>,\u00a0Tim McGraw<\/strong>,\u00a0Billie Joe Armstrong<\/strong>, Backstreet Boys,\u00a0Mariah Carey<\/strong> and many more.<\/p>\n

Everyone performing will each perform a set from their own homes, in their own living rooms– recording on their personal phones. This is to ensure everyone continues practicing the “stay at home<\/strong>” and social distancing guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Viewers will be encouraged to donate to two charitable groups helping both COVID-19 victims and workers as part of the musical pledge drive. Those groups are Feeding America and First Responders Children’s Foundation.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
