That features allows a seller to send an offer to a potential buyer &#8211; those who are &#8216;watching&#8217; one of their items.<\/p>\n<p>In a new eBay app update, users are finding that the &#8216;send offer&#8217; feature is grayed out and you are unable to send an offer. But we have figured out the fix and it&#8217;s super easy.<\/p>\n<p>When you are in the eBay app, navigate to the &#8216;send offer&#8217; page. Once there, follow the following steps and it will allow you to send offers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap Refine button (top right of the screen)<\/li>\n<li>Tap All<\/li>\n<li>Tap Send offer eligible<\/li>\n<li>Tap Show Results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And there you go!
