Last month, Joserin Cabrera shared pictures on Twitter of her families attic space that her father transformed into a mind blowing closet for her mother. The before and after photos are incredible and the final result may make you want to transform your own attic space!
Maryland-based company Remodeling & Design LLC created the closet, which can be seen in a room tour on their Instagram account.

Cabrera, who is from Guatemala, has been working in the home remodeling business for 15-years and created his company four years ago. The transformation only took around three weeks to complete, and it cost roughly $25,000 to $30,000.
The entire process began as a ‘clean up’ of the attic space, but after the clean up started, Cabrera had a vision for the space!
The new closet features LED lighting, plenty of storage and shelf space, along with furniture – making it a place to relax and and enjoy a little quiet time in addition to storing clothing and other items!
The entire space is cooled with a built in AC unit also!
The most challenging part of the entire remodel was the incredible staircase leading into the attic.
