Morgan Wallen had a wild night at Eric Church’s Chief’s Bar Broadway! That wild night ended with Wallen in handcuffs, charged with 3 felony counts. According to the arrest report, three Nashville police officers were standing outside of Chief’s Bar on Broadway Sunday night when a chair came raining down, smashing into the ground just feet from them.

Staff members were interviewed and it was determined that Wallen tossed the chair off of the sixth story of the establishment.

Wallen was arrested for three counts of reckless endangerment for the two officers who were in the vicinity and for the danger to the public, the arrest report stated. Wallen was also charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $15,250 (which like $2 in normal people money).

Wallen’s attorney released a statement Monday morning, saying:
“At 10:53p Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities.”
