Crazy new video shows the moment two people are swallowed by a sidewalk that suddenly collapses in southern China — but incredibly, both survived.
The man and woman are walking along Furong Middle Road near the Wujiang Second Bridge in Wulong District Monday when the sidewalk gives way without warning.
With the help of firefighters, the pair were rescued and taken to a local hospital.
The woman suffered injuries to her foot that was crushed by a stone, while the man had a head injury.
The cause of the collapse is under investigation.
