An Alabama high school principal have removed some of the stall doors in the school’s bathrooms in an effort to stop students from vaping in rest rooms.

Students at Wilson High School in Florence, are sneaking in electronic cigarettes and vaping in the bathroom. This type of behavior isn’t just happening in Alabama however, it is a growing issue across the globe.

Principal Gary Horton told WAFF that the drastic step was taken after he found a student passed out in the boy’s bathroom after vaping two weeks ago. But parents say the move is too invasive.

“I don’t like it. They take their only private place in the school that they can do their business,” parent Rachel Munsey told the news outlet. Brandon Campbell, a father of a Wilson student, added: “Me, as a parent, personally, I think that’s a little excessive.”

Horton does stay that this is only a temporary measure until the school can figure out how to combat the ‘bathroom vaping sessions’ permanently.

Vaping, which was created as a ‘healthier’ alternative to smoking actual cigarettes, or marijuana cigarettes – is quickly showing the public just how harmful and toxic the process truly is.

At least 450 cases of possible lung illness — including at least three deaths — have been linked by health officials to vaping. No single vaping device, liquid or ingredient has been tied to all the illnesses.

Vaping companies target children by offering thousands upon thousands of favorable vaping juice flavors.

The best bet…just don’t inhale anything but oxygen and you should be all set!
