Cooking blogger Kristina Burn showed off some fitted sheet – folding magic on TikTok recently and it’s absolutely genius!
As a former Bed, Bath & Beyond employee, she most certainly has had some top notch training in the area of folding. Now she has shared some of the knowledge with us!
Burn took to TikTok (her handle is @kristinalburn) to share how to properly fold a fitted sheet in under 30-seconds. If you have ever tried to fold a fitted sheet, you most certainly know the difficulty of the task. Most often times, fitted sheets just end up in the linen closet all wrinkly and bunched up.

As shown her clip above, here’s how to quickly fitted sheet that won’t look baggy or wrinkly.
- First, lay the sheet on the table with the corners facing upward.
- Next, grab the bottom two corners, fold them inside out, and tuck them inside the top two corners. The sheet should now be folded in half. Feel free to shake it out to ensure a perfect, smooth fold.
- Now, place the sheet back on the table, with the elastic facing upward. Take the end of the sheet where the corners meet, and fold it inward. Then fold over the bottom half over the top.
- Now, you should have one long strip. Fold the right end inward, then the left. Burn notes that the ends will overlap a little, but it still will create a neat fold. Now, fold the sheet once more in half.
