If you are an eBay seller, you know that the ‘send offer’ features is a must have. That features allows a seller to send an offer to a potential buyer – those who are ‘watching’ one of their items.
In a new eBay app update, users are finding that the ‘send offer’ feature is grayed out and you are unable to send an offer. But we have figured out the fix and it’s super easy.
When you are in the eBay app, navigate to the ‘send offer’ page. Once there, follow the following steps and it will allow you to send offers.
- Tap Refine button (top right of the screen)
- Tap All
- Tap Send offer eligible
- Tap Show Results
And there you go! The send offer on each item will not be grayed out any longer!
