Employees of St. John Properties in Utah got the surprise of a lifetime after the company’s founder announced the company is giving a $10 million bonus to be divided among its 198 employees.
The incredible announcement came during the company’s annual holiday party. St. John Properties founder and chairman Edward St. John shocked his employees with the news.
All employees held red envelopes in their hands as St. John gave a speech. After he let all the employees know of the bonus, he told them to all open their envelopes! Inside, was the amount of their bonus!

Some employees are getting six-figure bonuses upwards of $250,000.
