One of the most common signs of sickness is fatigue, or feeling like you’re very tired. This usually happens because when you’re sick, there’s a part of your body that requires healing, so your body is using up energy in order to combat whatever is ailing you, as well as having the ability to do your normal every day tasks, which in turn uses up more strength than usual. You’ll notice that you feel so fatigued that you’ll want to take a nap in the middle of the day or sleep earlier than usual. This is also because your body uses sleep to recover, recharge and try to remedy whatever the problem is.
