Looks like this rat had expensive tastes!
Indian bank officials were called to inspect a broken-down ATM earlier this month and that’s when they discovered around 1.3million rupees ($18,500) in chewed-up currency – and a dead rat.

The rodent apparently ate more paper than he could handle and eventually passed away inside of the ATM machine.
Officials say the rat made its way inside the machine through a small hole meant for wiring to run through.
Of the $42,685 in the machine, around $25,000 was recovered intact.
