Dogs are strange, adorable creatures and their personalities are all so different!
When Bethany and Samantha Castiller adopted a pit bull named ‘Mako’ from a shelter, they wondered whether or not the 2-year-old would get along with their cats.
“We initially kept the cats in a separate part of the house because we wanted to slowly introduce them to the new dog,” Bethany told Bored Panda. “He started jumping up on the small tables we had around the house and we thought he was just super excited and full of energy.”
Turns out, Bethany and Samantha had nothing to worry about. Mako was probably already familiar with being around cats. Very familiar. So familiar, in fact, he even thinks he’s one of them!
The family has been posting photos of Mako on their Instagram account – documenting his journey as a ‘cat’.
