The Red Barn is pretty much a Maine landmark…and shortly…it will become a national one! 

Laura Benedict, The Red Barn’s owner, posted on her Facebook account today that she and Peter Benedict are headed to The White House! 

Laura and her Restaurant has been awarded one of only THREE National Restaurant Neighbor awards, to be presented in Washington D.C.! 

In the post, Laura thanked, customer Dennis Paper for nominating The Red Bard for the award. 

If you have heard of The Red Barn, you have most certainly heard of Laura. Laura is known for her kind heart and generosity to those in need. Laura has raised and donated millions of dollars to both charities and individual people in need.
