At this day and age, nothing that goes viral on the internet can give its viewers a shock. Although you never know what can you’ll find in the internet the next day, it is safe to say that there have been more ridiculous things that you may have seen in the past.
Gaining popularity, people have been making petitions for the craziest reasons in the past years, and despite the fact that these petitions are almost rendered useless, internet users just can’t help themselves but sign random petitions at least once a day.
Just recently, another one has made its way to the world wide web and is taking the internet by storm: Danny Devito should be the new Wolverine.
This petition states:
“The only man able to take the throne after Hugh Jackman. We believe that if Wolverine is to make an appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe that the only man able to pull it off is Danny Devito.”

There is no surprise that this petition already has over 10,000 signatures on it. For the younger generation that probably has no clue as to who Danny Devito is, well he is a very accomplished actor. As a Golden Globe and Emmy Award winner, Danny Devito is known for may blockbuster hits such as Batman Returns, Twins, One Floew over the Cuckoo’s Nest and Matilda.
With over 10,000 fans that have signed this petition, there are also those who are completely against it. With the good, comes the bad.
One positive thing about this all is that, if this comes true, there will be so many amazing memes about it that will entertain us for the next year.
