Most people know that a loved one will take care of their partner when they get sick. It is the normal thing to do. Some jealous girls will rely on this behavior and fake an illness just to keep their partner with them. While it is not a harmful behavior, it is still selfish. An example would be if the man has an office party to go to, and most of his co-employees are female, a jealous girl may put on a show just to keep him with her and avoid the party. She believes she is helping him avoid temptation, which works out for her. Hopefully her illness does not become real, sometimes it can be psychosomatic, so watch out for this behavior.
