29-year-old Tracy Kiss enjoys her daily smoothies. But she doesn’t stop at adding just fruit and veggies. Kiss aims for a more homeopathic supplement and believes it is the only way to go.
According to The Sun, the fitness model skips the protein powder, but instead adds a spoonful of her male friends’ semen in her smoothie every morning.
That’s right folks…a semen shake. Kiss says, “It can taste really good – depending on what my friend has been eating.” Grossssssss!
But don’t worry, she’s made him take STD tests. Kiss goes further and says, “My other mates think I’m strange, but I don’t give a toss.”
Medical experts have said semen holds some very beneficial proteins and vitamins. One teaspoon of semen contains over 200 proteins and several helpful vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, calcium, chlorine, citric acid, fructose, lactic acid, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, vitamin B12 and zinc.
I think I’ll still to my Flintstone vitamins for now!
