Catching some shuteye is important. No matter where you are, no matter you do, you simply cannot overstate the effect of having enough sleep. But how about for people on the go? People sleeping at the airport lounge is a common sight. You do what you have to do to get that much needed rest. Some people can easily doze off while sitting down, but those who simply cannot fall asleep without lying down needs to be more creative.
