Hydrogen peroxide has bleaching properties, and will bleach your teeth. Just gargle with equal parts of water and swish it around for a few minutes. It cleans your mouth and whitens your teeth. Do this as a weekly routine and your teeth will be noticeably lighter. Don’t do it everyday, you don’t want to have translucent teeth. Too much will damage the enamel and thin your teeth.
