It seems that sports cars and luxury cars tend to depreciate heavily in the first year. And Porsche is both sporty and luxurious. Not all buyers realize what it takes to own one. Around 6.3% of owners didn’t think the Macan was the car they thought it was. Or maybe they are shifting to looking for their dream car in the secondary market…who knows for sure. Affordability issues always come about with sports and luxury cars. It does not dawn on most buyers what it takes to own and maintain such vehicles. Most realize it too late.
