When Bond girl Britt Ekland married comic genius Peter Sellers, she probably didn’t think that her life would end up the way it did. While their marriage only lasted for four years, not all of those short-lived months were happy ones either. Considering they only knew each other for three weeks before they decided to get married only goes to show that it was another whirlwind relationship that should have taken more time to get to know one another before jumping into what they thought would be wedded bliss. Not only was Sellers addicted to alcohol and cocaine, Ekland also claims, “He obviously suffered from or was bipolar, severely bipolar. He was a very tormented soul who should have had more help.
