Scream Queen, Jamie Lee Curtis

Groovy History

Jamie Lee Curtis earned the nickname “Scream Queen” after she came out in the 1978 film production of “Halloween.” This was only the start of her career in horror films, having been cast in most of the other sequels to the movie, as well as other horror flicks like “Prom Night,” and “The Fog.” Curtis always knew fame though, being the youngest child of Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh, both big names in Hollywood. But she managed to pave her own way for her career, continuously being cast in a number of films from the 70s up until this very day.
