Although the 60s and 70s were the true beginning of the sexual revolution, women modeling in little to no clothing was considering incredibly taboo. But for Barbi Benton, it didn’t matter what others would say about her as she not only decided to say yes to being one of Playboy magazine’s models when she was just 18, she also dated the creator and owner, Hugh Hefner for over seven years. By the time she was 20, she also came out in the movie “The Naughty Cheerleader,” which given the name doesn’t need any explanation. She also appeared in other television series’ like “Fantasy Island,” “The Love Boat,” and the fun gameshow “Hollywood Squares.”
