People often test the limits with daring selfies. However, very few of them try to go head to head with Mother Nature herself. It’s a battle you’ll never win. That is, until Marlene Zorah went against the odds and was able to successfully take a selfie in front of an active volcano. She went to Mount Yasur, a volcano in the Republic of Vanuatu, and stood very near the heat. Yasur had been erupting nonstop for hundreds of years now, and she stood very near the mouth just to grab that photo opportunity that comes only once in a lifetime.
