We certainly don’t like pesky insects invading our homes. Ants, flies, mosquitos, and every creepy crawler out there. But you don’t need to purchase traps or repellent. Trust the poor lemon to come to the rescue. You can squeeze some lemons into cracks or holes where ants can get inside your home. The ants will avoid them. Or, mix about four lemons (include the rinds) to 2 liters of water, and wash your floors and walls with it. While it will help freshen up your home with the smell, roaches and flies will avoid it, as they hate the smell. Cheaper than insect repellent, and smells much better.
