We can only hope that this man’s grasp of the English language is otherwise limited. Or else, he can expect a slap when the women see this. Asking for “Loose women” was a poorly stated sentence, even in jest. Or, he lost a bet and had to be subjected to humiliation. Hopefully, the people he meant to pick up didn’t berate him at all. Whatever the case may be, the sign is definitely memorable, if not appropriate. If we were the ladies riding with him, we’d definitely look for an alternative ride.
