Is This The Face of Regret?

While the photo right before this one shows Fardid in “immediate regret” as he said, this one is a bit confusing considering what this guy wrote on Twitter. Devin Scott showed a photo of himself with an obvious bad head shave saying, “When it’s day 30 of quarantine and you have to cut your own hair!” While he doesn’t necessarily look regretful, he also doesn’t look old enough to be living alone so he might as well call mama into his room to finish his very sad and awful job.
