Wine lovers really need to check this place out in: Douro, Portugal and the Quinta da Pacheca. It’s a 280-year-old wine estate with a 140-acre vineyard.
Designed to look like the actual wine barrels they use in the vineyards, they are made from pine and were designed by the property’s owners Paulo Pereira and Maria do Céu Gonçalves.
Each suite is 98-feet and features breathtaking views complete with a skylight window that makes the room feel much bigger than it is.
Each ‘wine room’ has a walk in shower, bathroom and front deck for you to chill out on and sip the red…or white! Each room also features a round bed! How fun!!

There is an 18th-century house on the estate that is home to their beautiful reds, whites, rosé, and port. Their beautiful grapes grow along the river on steep hillsides.
