An awesome father in New Zealand got a tattoo of a cochlear implant in order to help his daughter feel better about her real one, according to reports.
An beautiful photo of the pair posted on Campbell’s Facebook page and shared on Twitter has gone viral.
Alistair Campbell shaved his head to get the tattoo after his 6-year-old daughter Charlotte got a new cochlear implant, the New Zealand Herald reported.

Cochlear implants help individuals with severe hearing loss by providing electrical stimulation directly to the auditory nerve, according to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Campbell told the Herald he plans to grow his hair out again, but will shave it for special occasions or if Charlotte wants to see it.
