Access Visited Pages With No Data Usage

Using Google Chrome, you can access the cached version of all the pages that you visited by entering chrome://flags#show-saved-copy on your Chrome browser, then changing the setting to Enabled: Primary. This will allow you to see a Saved Copy button when you visit a page and won’t need to connect to have it loaded again.
