Chuck, who happened to be home when the package arrived, waited for Mary to come home before even attempting to open up the mysterious box. According to Mary’s version of the story, “I got off work and I came home and the package was on the table.” So, there it was. The package was really there and they had no idea who gave it to them. More importantly, they were wondering why they only had to open it before the wedding day. It got them extremely curious.
