Mary Hall and Chuck Neese were an engaged couple who were in the middle of planning their own wedding. They had lived in Illinois when this happened. They have been together for quite some time now and, in fact, already had a daughter. They weren’t officially tied together yet, but with the wedding on the horizon, they were about to embark on the journey to forever. They already had a little girl to make this even more special for them. At this point, they couldn’t have asked for anything more.
