Given that we live in the age of technology where everything can be done with a touch of a button, it is hard to believe that IT support will no longer be needed since they are the ones that ensure that all these systems work. While there will probably always be a need for IT support, having one person within an office doing this exact job may no longer be necessary since most of what is needed can be found in “the cloud.” Of course this won’t necessarily work for all businesses, but since most are doing what they can to cut down on actual people, this could be the solution for many companies that are finding ways to cut costs.
