Much has changed since the introduction of email when it comes to mail. These days, people talk via smartphones and email, which means that no paper is actually needed to get word across to anywhere. And since the world is also pushing for ‘paperless’ everything in order to help the environment, most bills that were once sent via snail mail are now sent via email as well.
