When we’re trying to lift heavy things, our facial expressions are a dead giveaway of the way we really feel. It’s not an easy task, which is why people in the middle of an exercise don’t often like to have their picture taken. This guy was clearly in the middle of a challenging routine. His friend apparently saw the labored look on his face and thought it was hilarious. And the ever-supportive friend photobombing in the background clearly thought so too.
