If you love true crime TV and renovation shows, then this new television show is right up your alley!

The show delivers pretty much what the title says: They take a house that has been the scene of a grisly murder, then they fix it all up in order to sell it.

I’m not sure I would want to live on such a property, but hey — to each their own right?

Murder House Flip is brought to you by CSI executive producer Josh Berman and will see a colorful cast of forensic specialists, spiritual healers and high-end renovation experts to uncover the crimes, shocking secrets and scandalous history of the homes’.

Penny Dreadful‘s Chris King and author Katherine Ramsland are also signed up to produce the show for Sony Pictures Television.

Sony made a statement saying: “We are thrilled to bring this one of a kind series to life and dive into a world that combines America’s two biggest TV obsessions: true crime and home renovation.”

Berman said: “Murder House Flip combines home renovations with the intriguing elements of a true crime series. Bringing healing and solace to families living in the aftermath of tragic events by transforming dark places into healthy spaces.”

If you want to catch this bizarre – but admittedly intriguing – new show, you’ll have to sign up to yet another streaming service to get access to it.

Murder House Flip will be available to watch on a new mobile-only streaming service called Quibi, which launches this April.

The episodes will only run between 7 and 10 minutes long, so there will be a lot packed into them!
