One of the more common symptoms of MS is vision problems. Due to inflammation to the optic nerve in the eye, this ends up causing double vision, blurred vision or worse yet, loss of vision. Sometimes, there is also pain that is associated when moving your eye side to side or up and down. Often times, for those suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, these vision issues come on quite suddenly. While MS isn’t the only reason why people have vision problems, it is still one common symptom for those suffering from this disease.
