Tragedy Strikes, and The Twins Act

Too Fab

Just last October, Ava’s and Leah’s dad, Kevin, was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive cancer called T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma. The whole family, including Jaqi and Chase are on a search for life-saving bone marrow transplant for 39 year old Kevin. The Clements twins are doing all they can to find a donor. They asked their 1.5 million Instagram followers to help find a donor. They have partnered with DKMS, the world’s largest bone marrow center, in the hope of finding a match for their dad. Inadvertently, they are also helping the 12,000 others searching for donors as well. They unselfishly mentioned that if they are unable to find a donor match for Kevin, a simple, painless test may help others find a match. Kevin said, “There’s so much love out there. I’ve gotten text messages, emails, and phone calls from people whom I haven’t from since college. It has helped our family really deal with it in a very positive way.” Hopefully Kevin finds a match, and gets better.
