Don’t Violate Clark County Code CCO 12.33.010

This is the code for disorderly conduct which is the top offence that tourists fall victim to, aside from jaywalking. This violation is often linked to alcohol consumption so when you do party and drink, make sure you don’t drink to the extent that you lose your cool for whatever reason and get involved in or challenge someone to a fight, use obscene language in addressing someone, or disturb the peace by creating any sort of disturbance.
