Never Worry About Tipping

While it’s customary to tip in the States, as well as many other countries all around the world, in New Zealand it’s not expected. Most of the locals feel like they are getting paid properly for the work that they do, so tipping is not really something that they expect from anyone. Of course, this doesn’t mean that they don’t appreciate it if you do decide to tip them for a job well done. Just remember, if you do choose to tip, 10% is considered more than enough and anything above that will be too much.
