So, Mandi Miller wasn’t the lady in the dress. Rather she was a friend, and the woman that had actually sent Tony the picture was named Syd. So, he decided to respond to the tweet to say that he was the father of the adorable kids who had approved of the dress. He introduced himself and his brood to her.
